Before the model is connected, ORCNEIT will document the complete path of a message and verify how every participating server actually works.
- where messages are handled and databases are located;
- whether request and response text is recorded;
- exact deletion periods for messages and backups;
- whether conversations are used for training or quality review;
- which organizations may handle data for ORCNEIT;
- how a person can obtain, correct, or delete data;
- whether data leaves Russia;
- how keys, accounts, and legally required exports are protected.
Our position
A feature must not launch if its actual operation conflicts with the published rules or Russian law.
