Technical website records

ORCNEIT records the minimum technical information needed to operate the website, prevent abuse, and investigate errors.

• the device network address;
• request date and time;
• the requested section without the unique conversation number;
• browser type;
• request result and response size.

Retention period

Technical records are automatically deleted within 14 calendar days. They may be kept longer only when needed to investigate a specific incident or comply with a legal obligation.

Message and model-response content is not written to ordinary technical records.
