A difficult or dangerous subject may be discussed for a lawful educational, research, journalistic, or defensive purpose. We consider the purpose, requested action, and likely harm rather than banning an isolated topic word.

Actions ORCNEIT may take

ORCNEIT may refuse a response, restrict a feature or access, preserve necessary incident information, and take measures required by law. The decision may consider content, context, repetition, and seriousness of the risk.
