Prohibited use

Unlawful acts and harm

Requests intended to cause practical harm or violate the law are prohibited.

• terrorist or extremist activity, justification, propaganda, financing, or recruitment;
• making or using weapons, explosives, poisons, or other dangerous means to harm people;
• illegal production, sale, or distribution of narcotic substances;
• sexual exploitation of minors and any related material;
• encouraging suicide or providing harmful instructions intended to cause injury;
• fraud, extortion, document forgery, deception, or impersonation;
• harassment, threats, humiliation, or disclosure of another person's private data;
• infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights;
• creation or distribution of information prohibited under Russian law.

Circumventing safeguards

A prohibited purpose must not be hidden, divided into harmless-looking steps, assigned to a fictional character, or pursued through any other attempt to bypass safety measures.
