Users may study security, find errors in their own systems or systems they are clearly authorized to test, learn general defensive principles, and correct vulnerabilities.
Prohibited purposes
ORCNEIT may ask for clarification of the lawful purpose or refuse details that would materially increase the ability to cause harm.
- unauthorized access to devices, accounts, networks, or data;
- creation, improvement, or distribution of malicious software;
- theft of passwords, keys, payment details, or personal information;
- bypassing protection, blocks, access restrictions, or controls;
- disrupting another service or hiding evidence of such disruption.
