User material

By submitting text or a file to the chat, a user confirms that they may use it in this way. ORCNEIT must not be asked to reproduce, adapt, or distribute another person's material in violation of the rightsholder's rights.

Materials created in ORCNEIT Contributors are governed by a separate agreement: the exclusive right is assigned to ООО «ОИЦ НИНТ» when a material is explicitly submitted after accepting the agreement. Saving a draft locally does not assign the right.

ORCNEIT material

The name, mark, design, software, documentation, and original ORCNEIT material are protected by law. Access to the service grants no rights in them beyond normal use of the service.

Model responses

Automatically generated material may resemble existing information or may not qualify for protection. Users must review it before publication and receive no guarantee that it is unique or free from third-party rights.
