ORCNEIT Terms of Use

1. General

These Terms govern use of orcneit.com and help.orcneit.com. The service is owned by ORCNEIT LLC (ООО «ОИЦ НИНТ»).

By using the service, a person confirms that they have read the Terms and will follow applicable law and the published rules.

2. Current service status

The ORCNEIT chat is under development. The model is not connected, and chat accounts, paid features, and saved history have not launched. The interface may be unavailable or change during development work. Separate test registration for ORCNEIT Contributors does not mean that chat accounts have launched.

3. User duties

Users are responsible for their messages and for decisions made on the basis of a model response.

• use the service only lawfully;
• respect the rights and safety of others;
• do not provide another person's data without a lawful basis;
• do not seek unauthorized access to the service or another person's conversations;
• check responses before relying on them.

4. Access restrictions

ORCNEIT may restrict a request, feature, or access when the Terms are breached, security is threatened, the law requires action, maintenance is necessary, or the rights of others must be protected.

Serious breaches may result in action without prior warning.

5. Model responses

Responses are generated automatically and may be wrong. ORCNEIT does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted model availability.

The service must not be the sole basis for decisions that create a high risk for a person.

6. Rights in materials

The website, software, name, mark, and ORCNEIT materials belong to their lawful rightsholders.

In the chat, users retain their rights in lawfully submitted material and confirm they may submit it for handling. This rule does not apply to materials created in ORCNEIT Contributors: the exclusive right is assigned to ООО «ОИЦ НИНТ» under a separate agreement when the material is explicitly submitted. The legal status of an automatically generated response depends on its content and applicable law; ORCNEIT does not promise that a response will be exclusive.

7. Liability

Liability is determined by Russian law. Nothing in the Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited by agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, ORCNEIT is not responsible for user decisions made without necessary verification or for unavailability caused by events outside the company's reasonable control.

8. Changes

A new revision is published before or when it takes effect. Material changes concerning accounts, payments, or data handling will be identified separately.

9. Governing law and contact

Russian law applies. Before going to court, a user may send a claim to contact@orcneitlab.com. Any mandatory procedure and response period are determined by law.
