Available requests

• confirm whether personal data is handled;
• provide purposes, legal grounds, data categories, periods, and recipients;
• correct incomplete or inaccurate data;
• stop unlawful handling, restrict access, or delete data where legally available;
• withdraw consent;
• request an explanation for an access restriction;
• report a vulnerability, unlawful material, or rights violation.

How to contact us

For questions about your data or account, write to support@orcneitlab.com. Report violations and vulnerabilities to report@orcneitlab.com. Describe the request, include information that allows us to locate the data or event, and provide a safe contact method. Do not send a password or secret key.

To avoid disclosing data to another person, ORCNEIT may request proof of identity and connection to the requested information.

Complaints

If the issue is not resolved, a user may apply to Roskomnadzor, another authorized body, or a court under Russian law.
