Scope

The ORCNEIT Terms of Use apply to the chat at orcneit.com and to help.orcneit.com. The terms published on orcneitlab.com govern the official company website and do not replace the chat rules.

The terms, consents, and rules of ORCNEIT Contributors apply only to contributions.orcneitlab.com. If a specific Contributors text differs from a general chat or company-website rule, the specific Contributors text applies to actions within Contributors.

Version 2.1 of the general Personal Data Processing Policy has applied since 9 September 2026. Versions 2.0 and 1.0 remain available in the Russian-language archive. The specific ORCNEIT Contributors policy remains available with the other platform texts.

Language of the texts

For the general texts, the Russian version is the primary legal version and the English version is a translation. If the versions differ, the Russian-language version prevails.

The current ORCNEIT Contributors texts are published in Russian only. No English translation is presented as a current binding revision.
