ORCNEIT texts and rules

The current chat set includes the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Rules, cookie rules, rights-request procedure, and the policy on binding legal requests. Version 2.1 of the general Personal Data Processing Policy is current, and versions 2.0 and 1.0 remain in the Russian-language archive. The separate ORCNEIT Contributors texts are collected on their own page.

Before new features launch

A new feature must not launch before its rules and technical protections are ready.

• before chat accounts launch — chat registration, access recovery, and profile deletion terms;
• before saved conversations — exact retention, deletion, and backup periods;
• before the model is connected — message location, recipients, and conversation-use information;
• before paid features — price, payment, refunds, and cancellation terms;
• the 18+ requirement applies only to ORCNEIT Contributors and is not imposed on the chat by these rules.
